RENNES, France -- Citroen has launched a website where customers can rate their experiences at dealerships.

Citroen buyers can post their views on the service provided by a dealership or workshop on its Advisor web sites in France, the UK and Germany.

By the end of 2016, country-specific sites for the forum will be available throughout Europe and in Turkey, Russia, Brazil and Argentina.

Citroen hopes the Advisor program will help to build trust in the brand.

A Citroen spokeswoman told Automotive News Europe that the forum was created to provide customers with an opportunity to offer feedback about their dealership experiences by using a Web interface similar to that of TripAdvisor.

Like TripAdvisor, users can rate their overall experience and offer comments, both positive and negative.

"Just in France, we have already learned a lot about how to better service customers through our dealership network thanks to the customer feedback," the Citroen spokeswoman told Automotive News Europe.
