C4 1,6 HDi 109 hp, 2009 suuttimen kiristäminen "vinoon"

I have C4 1.6 Hdi 2009 200 000 km and cylinder 4 injector is leaking slightly. I am second owner from 140 000 km.
I renewed 4th cylinder copper seal and I noticed that the injecteor nuts had been thighten imbalanced.
Is it possible that PSA engine factory is making mistake balancing the injector clamb band ( 10 ) wrong so that it is not in balance and the injector is leaning slightly ?
If you are thightening the band when it is not in balance, you easely snap the bolt.
