I recently bought a C4 Cactus from your beautiful country. I have a problem with my auto lights/wipers and a MyCitroen app.
1. when I change the light switch to Auto I have a low beam on with LED (dimmed) and rear position lights - I assume that I have a "Scandinavian Lights" mode on - am I right? Is it possible to turn it off? I need AUTO mode working as the factory set (Auto mode I mean sensor should control lights).
1a. Auto wipers - when I turn on auto mode, my wipers works only like intermittent mode - wipes all the time (wipes in every 15-20 seconds).
One tip - my windscreen was changed, I looked on the sensor at it looks ok - no air bubbles etc.
2. In MyCitroen App I don't have a DRIVING TAB - which contains fuel level, consumption etc. I contacted Citroen Poland and they said that don't know whats wrong, and maybe "the app does not track vehicles assigned to the Finnish market". Is it possible? how to resolve this problem?

If I remember right the automatic headlights and windshield wipers were not a standard feature on all C4 Cactuses sold in Finland. This could be the reason why those functions are not "working".
According to Google both of those features were bundled with the automatic air conditioning and a standard only on the best "Shine" trim level.
Thanks for the reply. I have a Shine Edition which has Auto lights and wipers for sure. When I turn on auto lights or wipers I've information on LCD tablet in my car but it doesn't work properly

I think that the prewious owner of your Cactus has coded off those auto functions for some reason. They can be coded on again by Citroen dealer or if you can get Citroen diagnostic tool.

Do you know if the changed windscreen is suited for the auto wipers? The autowipers need a windscreen that it suited for them. At least earlier citroen had for some cars different windscreens for cars that had auto wipers. But it might be that this is not the case with the cactus.

At least in C5 I the non-sensor windshield has no mounting point for the sensor. On my car i have glued the mounting rings on the non-sensor windshield and fitted the sensor which works OK. At least the old C5 type rain sensor should be fitted with a clear silicone pad, but i did not use that and it still works fine.
If the windshield has been changed i suspect the sensor has been incorrectly installed or might even be disconnected. Intermittent wiping is normal back up feature if the rain sensor stops working.

Yes, my "new" windshield is an original Citroen replacement and it has a place for rain/light sensor. As you said - I assume that there is something disconnected and that's problem. I'm waiting for an appointment with the mechanic who has Lexia.
What's about MyCitroen App? Do you have any idea what's wrong?

Something wrong with bluetooth connection to car, you might try to input VIN manually to rhe app?
Hi, I'm using an iPhone X, I tried to add my VIN number manually and nothing new, still no DRIVING tab. I have a response from Citreon Poland - they said that maybe adding my VIN number to the polish database could resolve this problem - I will try to do this later this week.

Finally! I resolved a problem with light/rain sensor (not personally ;) It's resolved by the mechanic). The problem was with the ground cable from the sensor to the BSI. Now everything works perfectly!
